helpful staff pleasant common areas nice breakfast
i found the staff helpful and pleasant. the common areas provided space for relaxation. i was pleased with the good location, which allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was very nice and well presented!
the shower pressure was a bit weak, but it wasn't a major issue.

The staff were helpful. I appreciated the secure garaged parking they offered for motorcycles. The location near the Great Orme and tram was quite convenient.

i found the location great. the staff provided secure parking for motorcycles in a garage. the breakfast was very nice and presented beautifully. the common areas were lovely!
The shower was not good. I also thought the bed was a little hard.

lovely stay
room choice cleanliness standard warm welcome
i found a great room choice and the cleanliness was really good, i was also welcomed warmly. the hotel's location was good, and the view was rather nice. i liked the decor and attention to detail, it felt special. breakfast was also something i looked forward to each morning, a good way to start the day.
The shower took a bit too long to get warm. I think it would have been helpful to know this upon arrival.

considerable time limited selection
the location proves convenient.
The shower did present issues. It needed a considerable time to deliver hot water. instructions regarding the showers warm-up time would prove helpful upon arrival. also, i found the breakfast selection very limited, it lacked variety.

good location excellent breakfast hot water hard bed
The location was very good it was close enough to the main shopping area. The breakfast was excellent it was ideal before a day of exploring.
I did find that you had to run the shower for a while to get hot water through.
